Start with speck del Trentino with apple, endive & walnut salad, fritto misto made with red mullet, squid & zucchini and aioli and smoked burrata, roasted pumpkin, lingue di suocera with aged balsamic.
For mains, indulge on a TOZI signature dish, our buffalo ricotta ravioli with fresh winter black truffle and our paccheri with Sicilian red prawns, tomato and chilli. Also on the menu is the grilled monkfish featuring braised fennel, saffron, fried capers and salmoriglio.
Finish off with some delectable desserts, including; robiola rocchetta with pear cugnà, blood orange sorbet and lastly the iconic Italian warm pannetone with mascarpone cream.
