Celebrate the sparkle of summer with Lambrusco Week, a five-day tribute to Italy’s most joyful wine!

From June 17th to 21st,  we’re pouring passion into every glass and plate with a £30pp limited-edition menu inspired by the vibrant flavours of Emilia-Romagna!

Indulge in a selection of regional impressive antipasti such as mortadella, Parma ham and coppa, alongside a creamy Sqaucquerone cheese (specifically from Emilia-Romagna) and golden Gnocco fritto; all perfectly paired with a choice of 2 drinks from Lambrusco sparkling wines and negronis.

 

The Paltrinieri winery, nestled between the Secchia and Panaro rivers, is dedicated to expressing the unique characteristics of Lambrusco di Sorbara and Salamino. With a passion for innovation and respect for tradition, the Paltrinieri’s have elevated Lambrusco to new levels of elegance and complexity, earning recognition both in Italy and abroad.

Enjoy the Lambrusco Radice, vibrant and fresh with lively acidity and notes of apple and pomegranate; or the Lambrusco Solco, smooth and delicate with aromas of black cherry.

If cocktails are more your style, enjoy a Negroni Sbagliato al Lambrusco or a Lambrusco Vermouth Negroni.
