Maurilio’s Big Five is a weekly celebration of regional Italian classics, handpicked by Executive Chef Maurilio Molteni. Launching on Tuesday 6th October, a different sharing dish will be available each day from Tuesday to Saturday, showcasing authentic flavours from across Italy, from Puglian orecchiette and Roman-style gnocchi to Sardinian fregola and classic carbonara.
Priced at £50 and designed to be shared between two to five guests, each special is complemented by a recommended Italian wine pairing selected by Senior Restaurant and Bar Manager Stefano Meloni.
