• Celebrating Asparagus at TOZI

We always celebrate seasonality at TOZI and from 30th April – 11th May head chef Maurilio has created exclusive cicchetti dishes with asparagus.

The British asparagus season is tantalisingly short, with the freshest and sweetest spears harvested in May – and with only a limited window of time to enjoy them at their peak, what better way to sample this humble Spring staple than with pairings that elevate their flavour even more?

For a limited time,  choose from poached asparagus with grated parmesan and brown butter (£12.50) – elevating the simplicity of asparagus with perfectly poached spears that have been delicately adorned with a rich brown butter sauce and grated parmesan.

Seared beef carpaccio served with asparagus salad and shaved pecorino (£15.50) – a beautiful balance of texture and taste, pairing delicate beef carpaccio with the fresh flavours of a crisp asparagus salad, complemented with shaved pecorino

Hand-cut tagliolini, asparagus & spring black truffle (£25.00) – the delightful flavours of asparagus and the earthy aroma of black truffle are combined to create a mouthwatering flavour.

Asparagus & wild garlic risotto (£46.00) – designed to be shared, this decadent and rich risotto brings together wild garlic and asparagus to create a dish that is both comforting and elevated
