Join us on a wine discovery, as we highlight some of Italy’s best producers every month featuring a delicious menu of a variety of wines from light and sparkling to rich reds available by the glass. This October, we’re highlighting Trentino Alto Adige.

Anisos, Eugenio Rosi – 2020, Vallagarina

A beautifully complex white wine made from Nosiola, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes. Aromatic yet structured with notes of apple, pear, herbs,and mineral finish. It pairs wonderfully with our Pecorino Gran Riserva and the delicate freshness of our Yellowtail Carpaccio.

Pinot Grigio, Garlider – 2022, Valle Isarco

Not your usual Pinot Grigio – This is mountain grown, vibrant and precise, with citrus, pear, and a touch of Alpine herbs. A perfect match with our seafood dishes like Paccheri with fresh Devon crab, Lobster Linguine and Sea bream with parsnip pure, broccoli and Nduja.

Pinot Nero, Garlider – 2021, Valle Isarco

Elegant and refined with red berry fruits, subtle spice, and silky tannins. A true expression of Alto Adige’s cool climate. It complements earthy dishes, rich flavours like our ravioli with black truffle and Rustichelle with Taleggio, wild mushrooms, and sage. 

Esegesi, Eugenio Rosi – 2020, Vallagarina

A bold structured red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Marzemino. Dark fruit, spice, and a long savoury finish. Ideal alongside heartier plates such as our Rib of Beef and the Pork shoulder, with braised chickpeas and crispy pancetta.
